Spring Sparrow Rate: March 22 – until Tier Runs out.

ArtsWells Camping Passes

Please note – All ArtsWells-controlled camping spaces have a strict No pets policy.

Car Camping Pass Meadows Campground

$40 + Taxes + Fees. Required for car camping in the Meadows Campground only. Includes 1 Camping wristband.

Tent Camping Pass – Meadows Campground:

$40 + Taxes + Fees. This pass includes 1 camping wristband for the weekend. Please note tents may not be located next to vehicle.

Camping Wristband:

$20 + Taxes + Fees. THIS TICKET MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH A CAR or TENT. A camping wristband is required for any attendees ages 12+ who plan to camp in the designated ArtsWells 2025 camping grounds.

RV Pass:

All RV camping for 2025 is hosted through Nugget Hills RV Park. They have various options to suit festival-goer needs, including an option that is self-contained with no hook-ups that is for festival-goers only.

Located in South Wells, approximately 5 minute walk to Festival site.

Barkerville Campgrounds

For 2025, Tent sites have been reserved in Barkerville’s Lowhee Campground for the return of IMA’s ArtsWells Festival.  This is a great option for folks looking to put a bit of space between themselves and the festival in the evenings. To claim a site, please email campgrounds@barkerville.ca with the following information:

– Volunteers who complete 12 hours or more get a festival pass and camp for free. Volunteer Application forms will be available soon.

– All ticket prices are in Canadian dollars. Ticket prices and discounts are subject to change.

– Tickets are non-refundable. We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. Treat them like cash!

– If there is capacity, single-day tickets for Saturday and Sunday will be released on May 15th, 2025. Single Day tickets are subject to availability as we prioritize ensuring space for our full weekend patrons.
