It’s never too early to sign up for next year!

 

It takes months to set up for the ArtsWells Festival, a crazy 4 days of magical mayhem to run it and at least a few days to tear it down and store it for another year. Helping with this year’s festival is a great opportunity to meet the artists, become part of the ArtsWells community, enjoy yummy vegetarian food in our performer/volunteer kitchen have a great time!

Volunteering 12 hours over the weekend gets you a free festival pass, free food all weekend in our volunteer/ performer kitchen, and free camping

Volunteer Positions Include:

  • Set up/tear down (Pre & Post Festival)
  • Security/Room monitor
  • Workshop Helper
  • Stage/Sound crew (longer shifts req’d)
  • Transportation/Designated Driver
  • First Aid
  • Documentation
  • Box Office (Festival Ticket Booth)
  • Kitchen (Hospitality)
  • General Hospitality
  • Concession Sales (food)
  • Floater
  • Fundraising
  • MC/Hosting a stage
  • Environment Team (maintaining clean site)
  • Merchandise Sales
  • Raffle/bar ticket seller
  • Check-in / Information
  • Gallery Assistant
  • Bar Server (Serving It Right preferred -short shifts)
  • Team Leader
